Professional Journey

Since 2011, I have been providing expert instructional design and eLearning development services to leading companies such as CalCPA, American Express, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. My experience includes managing large-scale projects, such as developing over 400 self-paced interactive eLearning courses for CalCPA and designing training simulations for American Express’s Global Business Travel Department. Whether adapting content for digital formats or working closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop targeted solutions, I excel at delivering content that drives learning outcomes and improves business performance.

My multimedia expertise—ranging from video editing and image development to digital content creation—enhances the quality and effectiveness of every learning solution I create. This background in photography and videography has been instrumental in my approach to corporate training, allowing me to craft visually compelling content that resonates with learners and stakeholders alike.
